there, I have it! The word that magnifies to exclusion, hoists up, focuses- so useful so stifling,
I started wanting to write with others (always in response yes- but with embodied others- for the dialogue to develop from multi sensory interactivity- not only my book-lust-noise-love) Opening the door to the community radio- yes its there, of course, on the top of that little hill, beaming out goodness to the surrounding area- a beacon of possibility- but- knowing there is a place to go, and actually finding oneself walking through the door are two very different things...

radio is a relationship- there is a underlying theme a deep strata that demands radio work is interaction. There may be a delay- the work might be a jam signal- it could be the same thing on and on rubbish indeterminate – or it could be, the opening out of dialogue, unfurling of social mores, redefining of community in action- gotta say gotta play what makes you tick what makes a difference opens up confronts delights inspires....
Radio is a loop.

a Speakers' Corner- a opportunity- with no one watching- to emphasise THE LOUDNESS MY PRESENCE MY WILLINGNESS TO INTERACT?
And the desire to make public speech and creation a manifest thing- here every where current constant available
so a play to underline what is necessary:

it is for sharing
it is a experiment
This is potential- always the faith in that, mindless of oppositions like they might, only, be, the whispers of ,,, less that ghosts.

"I am lost"- statement does not negate the here and now- it reaffirms the voice of discontent, fear, loss, this may be ego- but it has texture and faith and is responsive- to development, to interaction- not assured, not guaranteed. But definitely shared? I know this-this stage- needing to be recognized- not neurotic, not schizoid, not in danger of causing harm- but engaged, faithful, immersed and in some way truer to what is occurring- hormonal, situational, contextual- making the most of the opportunity present.

MORE QUESTIONS AROSE, become more pertinent- I want to know, about confoundment, being lost for words- poetry, improvisation, radio-contortionisms, social-political actions, comment, community building, exercises for waking up voices, for focusing minds...
I wondered where this project would go- was there a desire to make work together? As a collective, to approach subjects and craft together- with self awareness, aware of our responsibilities and our difficulties....
there is a on/off button- Hans Magnus Enzenberger uses this example, and that also of programme options and volume, in Constituents of a Theory of Media, to illustrate the potential involvement of the listener. We either accept this as the extent of our interaction with radio, or seek a more active relationship- the listener/producer reader/author divide is in tatters since Barthes, but using his focused critical approach to life/text sometimes seems to be beyond everyday possibility...
